Specialized Services
Full coverage of the ADABAS/NATURAL system lifecycle: operations, evolution, migration and modernization, with the rigor your critical systems demand.
Specialized Services
Comprehensive solutions for your critical infrastructure
Remote ADABAS/NATURAL Administration
Complete management of your mission-critical Natural/Adabas environments on Linux, AIX, Solaris and HP-UX: Adabas database administration (space, security, backups, tuning), file creation and reorganization, proactive 24x7 monitoring with automated file verification (ADAVFY) and incident resolution regardless of your location. Your IT team focuses on business; we guarantee availability and performance.
Learn moreRehosting & z/OS to Linux Migration
Full transfer of your Adabas/Natural systems to a different platform (Cross-Platform Migration): from AIX, HP-UX, Solaris or Z/OS mainframe to Linux. We manage the transfer, conversion and validation of all data and application logic, including transformation of complex JCLs into Shell/Python scripts, library download via SYSTRANS, EBCDIC/ASCII conversion with customer-adapted code page and installation of open source tooling. Drastically reduce operating costs with an open, flexible, cloud-ready platform.
Learn moreLegacy System Modernization
Modernize your Adabas/Natural platform without rewriting it. The Nacarsoft Adabas Suite covers the entire lifecycle with web utilities: expose Natural subprograms as REST APIs without EntireX (NSNatAPI), develop with AI, Git and backup with immediate recovery (NSNatIDE), deploy across every environment (NSDeploy), manage batch queues and cron (NSBatch), access via web terminal without emulators (NSGateway), manage files from the browser (NSFS) and explore your Adabas data (NSAdaServer). Lower operating cost, less risk and more speed, without touching your business logic.
Learn more24x7 Software AG Support
Software AG has ended official maintenance for AIX, HP-UX and Solaris. We fill that gap: 24x7 support for Natural, Adabas, Net-Work, CONNX and EntireX (now owned by IBM), with continuous attention and critical incident resolution. Our team has extensive experience in administration, diagnosis and optimization of legacy systems, and advises you on planning modernization or migration to Linux or Windows with an orderly transition and no impact on service continuity.
Learn moreSoftware AG Product Upgrade
Upgrade of your Software AG products within the same platform: for example, from Adabas 7.1 to 7.4 or your Natural environment to the latest version. We perform a clean install with Empower, database migration, NATPARM and buffer pool adaptation, full library copy and cataloging, Predict and Natural Security conversion, and Entire Net-Work and EntireX configuration. We modernize the installation with web browser access and a REST API for Adabas file queries, reducing maintenance costs.
Learn moreNacarsoft Adabas Suite
Proprietary in-house developed utilities for the Adabas & Natural ecosystem: massive data extraction, migrations, file reorganization, advanced audits, integration with modern environments and more efficient backup/recovery processes. Notably nsadafile, which exports data from Adabas files to JSON, CSV or XML selectively and efficiently, in exclusive, non-blocking read mode: without interfering with production operations or generating locks, guaranteeing maximum availability in critical environments.
Learn moreOur methodology
Every project follows a proven cycle that minimizes risk and guarantees operational continuity.
1. Assessment
Detailed analysis of your environment: inventory, dependencies, performance and risk points. We deliver an executive and technical report.
2. Planning
Phased solution design with measurable milestones, maintenance windows and rollback plans. No surprises in production.
3. Execution
Implementation by senior engineers with change control, pre-production testing and result validation.
4. Ongoing support
Post-implementation support, documentation, training and 24/7 support when your operation requires it.
Technology coverage
We work across the entire Software AG ecosystem and the open technologies around it.
